The BellosCogen IT Circuit retainer service is more of a traditional support plan that allows our clients to purchase set blocks of hours or services to make sure their IT environment continues to operate at it optimal levels. And the best part? The hours you don't use can be carried to the next month, forever.

These services can be onsite, remote, disaster recovery, or network management. Larger projects will be directed to our IT Blueprint service for implementation.

At the end of each month, we publish a report to the client access area of our website detailing any helpdesk incidents that have been logged along with details of the time used during that period.

Our plans are custom-built to each of our client's needs and are usually set up to include a predetermined amount of emergency, onsite and helpdesk support hours that never expire but renew every month based on the clients need.

Our clients can also choose to subscribe to our monthly maintenance packages for as low as $150 a month and $10 per device.
